Today was so much fun! We did a search for properties north of I-10, between Bingle and Silber, south of Westview. We are looking for a decent one story, mature trees, quiet street, near The Rockwood Room. We certainly found lots of that today! However, even the TRASHED "ramblers" can sometimes profit someone around $400,000+, as the land is worth so much and has so much potential.
Ava had a blast chasing me all around these houses and in the backyards! She was so fun! Tomorrow we will see what else the market has to offer.
